Jane Sutcliffe: The Clown Inside

An Introduction to the Simple Clown (A two-part workshop)

Session 1 – Play

A session that explores ‘playfulness’, being soft and finding our joyful spirit. We will play games and have fun and find the pleasure in this. We will play spontaneously through movement, gesture and words (if we need them) and focus on being in the moment.

Session 2 – Clownesse

This session follows on from the ‘Play’ session. We will seek to find and celebrate our idiosyncrasies in being funny and creating laughter and the find the pathway to our own unique Clown.
